Holding a Bachelor of Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, having completed the lawyer training program at the Judicial Academy – Ho Chi Minh City Branch, and the Legal Specialist Training Program at Space Training & Consulting, she has built a strong professional foundation in both legal practice and corporate legal affairs. She previously worked as an in-house legal counsel for a 100% Japanese-owned FDI company in the information technology sector and has gained practical experience at law firms listed in the Legal 500 network.

She possesses strong expertise in commercial litigation, labor disputes, intellectual property, investment, M&A, and criminal information review, having effectively supported individuals and businesses domestically and internationally, including clients from India, Hong Kong, South Korea, and the United States.

As a member of the Lam Dong Bar Association, she is currently a lawyer at Dai Nghia Law LLC, specializing in legal consultancy, business licensing services, regular corporate legal advisory, and dispute resolution.
