Lawyer Vo Minh Phuong is a legal expert with extensive experience and profound professional knowledge. He earned a Bachelor of Law from Hanoi Law University and simultaneously holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, giving him a solid foundation in law, economics, and social affairs.

Before practicing law, he held numerous high-level leadership positions within Vietnam’s political and judicial systems. With over three decades of service in the judiciary and public sector, Lawyer Vo Minh Phuong possesses deep insights into Vietnam’s legal system, judicial mechanisms, and governmental operations.

After retiring from state service, he continued contributing to the legal field as a licensed lawyer of the Lam Dong Bar Association, holding a Lawyer Practicing Certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice.

He currently serves as an Advisory Lawyer at Dai Nghia Law LLC, where he provides strategic legal counsel, guides dispute resolution, and supports the training and development of younger lawyers.

Holding a Bachelor of Law from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, a Master of Economic Law from Hue University, and having completed the lawyer training program at the Judicial Academy, Lawyer Nguyen Phuong Dai Nghia was granted the Lawyer Practicing Certificate by the Ministry of Justice. He is a member of the Lam Dong Bar Association, the founder of Dai Nghia Law LLC, and currently serves as the Managing Lawyer of the firm. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all company operations and ensuring that the firm’s legal strategies and development orientations align with client needs and current legal requirements.

Before establishing Dai Nghia Law LLC, he held professional positions at Sacombank Group and Thanh Thanh Cong Group, where he gained extensive experience across diverse legal fields. He also serves as the Deputy Chair of the Lam Dong Bar Association and a Visiting Lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Dalat University, where he shares his expertise with aspiring lawyers and law students.

Lawyer Nghia has strong expertise in handling complex criminal cases, civil disputes, commercial and business conflicts, administrative matters, and advanced corporate consulting. He consistently provides effective legal strategies and sound decision-making in highly complex cases to maximize the protection of clients’ rights and interests. His leadership and vision play a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s legal policies and ensuring optimal performance and results across its operations.

Lawyer Nguyen Van Hoang is a legal expert with extensive experience in investigation and litigation. He graduated from the People’s Police College and later strengthened his legal foundation with a Bachelor of Law from Hanoi Law University.

During his career in the People’s Public Security force, he served as an Intermediate Investigator at the Dalat City Police Department in Lam Dong Province, where he gained valuable practical experience in handling criminal cases.

After retirement, he obtained a Lawyer Practicing Certificate issued by the Ministry of Justice and became a member of the Lam Dong Bar Association. He currently serves as an Advisory Lawyer at Dai Nghia Law LLC, where he continues to leverage his deep expertise to advise on and handle cases involving criminal and civil procedures—particularly those requiring strong investigative experience and in-depth knowledge of law enforcement practices.
