Delivery Method

1. For Physical Products

Physical products (such as documents, seals, etc.) are delivered according to the agreed-upon methods below:

• Delivery at the office of Dai Nghia Law Firm.

• Delivery to the customer’s address via courier services.

2. For Non-Physical Products

For non-physical products such as on-site legal consultation services, written advisory services via email, website, etc., the delivery method will be carried out directly through email or through social media platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, Viber, etc., as agreed by both parties.

3. Delivery Policy

If, at the time of delivering the agreed-upon work results, the contact information provided by the customer (such as email, phone number, etc.) is incorrect, unreachable, or if no response is received from the customer, the order will become invalid. Dai Nghia Law Firm shall not be held responsible for such cases.
